Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders are processed within 7-14 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that there is no refund policy here. However, if the ring size is not suitable, you are entitle for one time free of charge for resizing. Postage’s fee to send back for resizing will be bear by customer.

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us or call 03-2110 6056 as soon as possible. No cancellation once the order is in shipping process. REGAL reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
